Bishop Oriel M. Ballano, Founder and Senior Pastor of Doulos for Christ World Harvest Ministry in Manila, started his ministry with a group of students in the Far Eastern University in 1988. His passion in winning souls and making disciples led him to expand his ministry to other campuses. In 1997, he was inspired by the G12 Vision, which originated in Mission Charismatic Internacional (MCI) in Bogota, Colombia and implemented it in his church of 200 members in 2003. Today, the church has grown to a congregation of 10,000, and he is one of the 12 national pastors of Pastor Cesar Castellanos of Mission Charismatica Internacional (MCI), Bogota, Colombia and was appointed as the National Coordinator of G12 Philippines Network. In February 2010, He was ordained as Bishop by the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches.

Bishop Oriel M. Ballano is a frequent conference speaker and a sought-after mentor to many pastors in implementing the Vision of God in the Philippines, as well as across the nations. His passion is nation transformation for the Philippines and to the other countries.

Married to Pastor Geraldine C. Ballano, Bishop Oriel has four wonderful children namely, Dineriel Grace, Daniel Oriel, Naomi Geriel and Natazsia Trasee.
