Getting Started 
You can start creating your own account by clicking on Create an Account on the top right corner of the page to start registering with us. Simply fill up the forms. Upon submission, your member ID and password will be sent to your email. Be sure to keep a record of your member ID and password for future reference.

Login And Password Assistance 
Your password is case-sensitive. If you need help to retrieve your password or login name, please click here to reset you password.

Managing Information 
Your Account is yours alone to update and manage. Edit your email, password and contact number any time. Sign in to access your account by clicking Login on the top of the page. Enter member ID and password. Once you have signed in, click on your username on the top right corner of the screen to view and edit your account details.

How To Order

  • Select your favorite product from G12Asia Bookstore
  • Enter the quantity and click on Add to Cart
  • Click Bookstore on the top menu to continue browsing or click on checkout button to proceed with checking out.
  • Enter your shipping information
  • Confirm your order!
  • The Order Receipt will be sent to your email.
  • The Delivery Receipt will be sent to your email upon order dispatched.

All prices quoted on the website DO NOT INCLUDE taxes to be paid at the country of delivery. Our basic prices are indicated in Singapore dollars.

We offer two main delivery methods namely Islandwide and Worldwide delivery.

Islandwide Delivery Delivery within 3 working days (not including Saturday and Sunday) upon confirmation of orders.

The custom authorities require documents and duties for all destinations. We are not responsible for the price gap that can occur facing regulations. You can check the price of the products on the rest of the world portal where you can find duty free prices.

After your order has been submitted and you receive an email Receipt, the sale is non-exchangeable and non-refundable except in the following circumstances: damaged, incorrect or extra item/s. Please drop G12Asia email stating the returned item/s and your Order Number. Please return the item/s in their original condition within 30 days to G12Asia office, together with a hardcopy of your Order Form. Upon receiving the item/s, G12Asia will issue you a full refund on the item.

All items are subjected to stock availability. Even as our system is created to avoid no stock availability, we are not responsible for the unavailability of stocks. Please email to place an order.
